Join us on Tuesday April 24th, 2012 for a special edition of Essensia’s Seasonal Supper Series at The Palms Hotel & Spa for a relaxed farm-to-table dinner featuring some of the tastiest ingredients available in the Spring in South Florida.
An intimate gathering for all who enjoy farm-fresh flavors, Essensia’s Signature Chef, Julie Frans, will craft a special 5-course menu incorporating premium seasonal, local and sustainable produce, grass-fed meats and seafood for the dinner. It starts at 7:00 p.m., seats are limited to 50 guests and will be al fresco on the restaurant’s poolside terrace amongst lush tropical vegetation. Dinner is $95 per person (not including tax or gratuity) and includes a welcome cocktail, 5-course farm-to-table menu served family style and paired with fine wines carefully selected from Essensia’s one-of-a-kind sustainable wine list.
